Lets start from the scratch. You are always surrounded by the miracles. Only thing is, you need to look in the right manner. 1+1 make 2. Who told you that?? your peers. Then who told them? their peers. Well when did it start from? It is just a kind of convention. Right on the nail head. So it means you could as well bound out of your bed one morning and shout"Eureka!!! I have proved 1+1 make 4". I wouldn't scoff at you. OK Its just a new convention you are using. One more question," What makes our heart beat?" Medical students will be raring to go on about all the biology thing. Yeah all the pump analogy, Valves, pressure etc. But at the bottom of all this is newton's physics!! His great laws of motion. Assuming they are true to the end, we rest assured that everything to this date has been explained. But just imagine, lets say, tomorrow some great brainy guy comes with a clever little theory of his own, all our perceptions would topple head our heels. So what keeps us going?? Faith, strong belief. So all the theories we are playing at and living with are just some assumption-based and nothing else.Whew, what a spiritual view! But nonetheless correct. Same is for language. I mean i have heard people stressing on one language particularly! That is sad! Really, our insight couldn't get narrower. I mean a language is "just one set of symbols meant to effectively communicate our thoughts" and as long as you are able to do it in any other language, its ok. English is the more preferred one as long as you are trying to reach to the global community. But on a local basis any local one should do.
Cutting back to the present,i was talking about faith. Faith accomplishes miracles.
So, where do i need to look for miracles? Everywhere and anywhere. Yeah literally. You see a pen in front of you, that is a miracle. Planes stay up in the sky. That is not science but a miracle. Yeah its not that science keep them up. Nah, its the other way round, they keep up and to explain it, we assumed certain axioms and explained everything on their basis. We called our reasoning as science. So its faith all over again. Yeah same holds true for every other thing. We do not know what is actually and why. What we see is because we believe it should be so. and that's all. Change your belief, your assumptions, your angle of perception, and lo! behold apples will begin to rise up, earth will go flat, man will get younger by time, etc. Just anything can happen..But your faith needs to be strong enough.Yeah, our fertile minds have been ploughed upon by those around usin such a way, instilling ideas in our minds about everything that its difficult to change those concepts at this juncture. But if changed they will work wonders. A big question,Why then i m stressing on miracles when i my self have dubbed it as very difficult to believe that the thing in front of you may not actually be there? Because there are many things around you that yet have not been explained. That needs all the faith and hope you can muster. Time to go back a bit, believe in magic, think laterally, you can't eliminate what hasn't yet happened. There are things that man has not been able to apply his shortsighted thinking to. Pull back your sleeves, get to work, keep your eyes and brain as open as you can. And there will be a miracle.(Because that hasn't yet happened.)The universe is calling you to shed all misconceptions about it. Actually we don't know the truth. But just anything can happen. So my dear friends, don't go looking for miracles on high hilltops, or spooky forests or haunted mansions or so called pious places. Nah they are very much around you, waiting for you to come and transform them from miracles to common day-to-day phenomena. The next time you set about your work, remember that a piece of stone in front of you, A fly harassing you, A horrid boss of yours or even a close friend of yours might simply be the greatest miracle in the world...

i m still not able to understand ur perception of miracles...!!!
if u r of the view that everything around us is a sort of miracle....then it would no longer be called miracle, since it is so common place...!!!
though i quite agree with ur take on faith...!!! faith certainly drives the world forward....!!!
